For SIXTEEN incredible years, the Maine Grain Alliance has proudly sponsored this unique fair, dedicated solely to the ancient and beloved staple of bread. And each year, the offerings just keep getting better!
Indulge your senses as you wander through the booths, discovering a tantalizing array of wood-fired oven pizzas, fresh sourdough loaves, delectable pastries, and so much more – all locally produced and bursting with flavor.
But that's not all! Treat yourself to pure maple syrup, homemade jams, creamy cheeses, and an array of baking books and equipment for your home kitchen. Engage with professional bakers, groove to live music, browse beautiful kitchen linens, witness inspiring demos, and savor the finest Maine-made foods.
